If you are calling during normal business hours, please note that we CANNOT answer the phone when we are with patients.

Please make sure to leave us a message, make sure to include your name, the service you are interested in and the best number to contact you.  All messages are returned as soon as possible.  If you do not leave a message, we will not be able to call you back.

Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?

We work by appointment only and we CANNOT accommodate any walk ins.

To help accommodate your busy scheduling needs, we offer evening and Saturday hours.



I have purchased a voucher that has expired, what do I do now?

For any expired vouchers, we will honor the PAID VALUE toward the REGULAR PRICE of the services with Regina ONLY.

Promotional value will not be accepted after the voucher has expired.

Vouchers are NEVER redeemable for electrolysis with Irina or towards the purchase of any products.

PLEASE NOTE: All vouchers expire 1 year from activation date. If you do not use all of your visits within 1 year of your initial appointment, you forfeit any remaining treatments.

You used to offer IPL Hair Reduction services, but I do not see them anymore?


As of February 2016, we have decided to remove IPL from our practice and target our hair removal services only with electrolysis.


Who is electrolysis best for?

Electrolysis works for all colors of hair and skin colors and can be done on any part of the face or body safely and effectively.


How many treatments will I need?

There is no one-time solution for hair removal. Whether you choose to do IPL Hair Reduction or electrolysis, a series of treatments will be required. We cannot tell you the number of treatments or an estimate as to how many treatments you would need because hair growth is based on hormones and individual factors. Please contact us if you have any questions.



I have had numerous Laser and/or IPL hair reduction treatments but I did not notice a change or did not achieve the results I was oping for, why is that?

Laser or IPL Hair Reduction can permanently reduce the overall number of hairs on light skin with coarse dark hair. Many patients will have a 20-80% reduction of hair growth after completing their series of treatments. Since hair growth varies from patient to patient and is based on hormones, heredity, medications and other individual factors, there is no way to tell how much hair will be reduced. To get 100% removal you will need to do electrolysis.

What is your cancellation policy? What if I am late to my appointment?

At Electrolysis & Skin Care Clinic, our patients are our number one priority. We ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and leave ample amount of time for travel and parking.

LATE ARRIVAL: If you are late for your appointment, you will be charged for the full time of your appointment, even if the time of your appointment has elapsed and services were not performed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that you give the practice a 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged the price of your appointment time; or, if you are using a voucher, one treatment will be subtracted for every missed appointment.



Before your first visit:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check-in, fill out any appropriate paperwork and make sure to leave ample amount of time for parking to prepare for your service.  We appreciate your consideration.
